I’m a proud single mom with three 20-something kids, and the owner of a growing travel and conference business.
For nearly 25 years, I’ve been exploring the world in search of opportunities… helping folks just like you follow their dreams of…
A new lifestyle… a retirement destination… offshore investment… a second-home… or even the trip of a lifetime.
Today I’m offering you the chance to discover one of the world’s most promising emerging markets… one that has potential for putting the “good life” within your reach.
Over the course of 13 exciting days, beginning on March 19th, I’ll be leading an exclusive expedition to Argentina…
I urge you to join me.
Many years ago I learned from the likes of legendary investor Doug Casey, that the best way to understand a situation is to kick the tires on it yourself.
And that’s exactly what we’ll be doing.
In fact, at one of our stops, we’ll rub elbows with Doug and his team at an exceptional community that he and a group of friends created in the scenic northwest region of Argentina.
I’ll tell you more about La Estancia de Cafayate in a moment.
But first, I want to introduce some of our excellent contacts you’ll be meeting – specialists we’ve been networking with over almost two decades of traveling here.
Steve Rosberg, Managing Partner of Ushay – an investment management company operating in Argentina and Uruguay with a focus on forestry, vineyards, construction and real estate. He’ll share his vast knowledge of this region and why his emphasis is on businesses in real producing assets.
Rob Marstrand, has beena resident of Argentina since 2008. He’s a former Chief Investment Strategist for the Bonner & Partners Family Office, and the founder of OfWealth, an online financial publishing business. He’ll reveal his insight into the country’s past and present governments – the good, the bad and the ugly – and tell us what it’s like living here as a foreigner today.
Paul Reynolds is the Managing Director of Reynolds Properties, a family-owned business, operating in Argentina and Uruguay since 1966. Paul will present an overall market view of residential, commercial, farm and vineyard properties, including short and long-term rental availability and property management options.
Juan Federico Fischer, an expert on Uruguay, will share everything you need to know about residencies, real estate, business, etc. This particular tour does not include Uruguay but we will be happy to help you make arrangements if you’re interested.
Simon Ridgway, co-founder and Chairman of Fortuna Silver Mines Inc., one of Latin America’s fastest growing mining companies. Simon is known for creating deals that profit his shareholders, and for actually getting his hands dirty in the field and making grassroots discoveries.
Andres Rosberg is one of Argentina’s first professional sommeliers and president and co-founder of the Pan American Sommelier Alliance. You’ll learn a lot about wine from Andres – its history in Argentina and what’s trending today.
Over the course of our journey, we’ll visit farmlands and forestry projects, vineyards where you can invest or purchase a parcel… even produce wine with your own label with as much or as little involvement as you want.
During our stopover in Cafayate, we’ll get to see the second most important wine growing area in Argentina, plus thanks to this charming town’s growing tourism industry, you’ll have a chance to choose from a number of excellent restaurants, mostly supplied by family farms in the valley or nearby.
And when we enter the gates of La Estancia de Cafayate, you’ll understand why I said this is an exceptional community.
What really sets La Estancia apart are the amenities you’ll find here…
A world-class golf course designed by Bob Cupp, a lead designer for Jack Nicklaus…
An athletic club that claims to be the best in Argentina, perhaps even the continent. You’ll have to see it for yourself…
Luxurious spa facilities complete with everything you could want, and the cost of a one-hour massage is only $30…
Extensive vineyards, sufficient to produce 200,000 bottles per year…
Equestrian facilities and more than 20 kilometers of trails, plus a full polo field and practice field…
Clubhouse and excellent restaurant featuring local specialties and wines…
Grace Hotel, complete with gourmet restaurant and separate cigar bar…
And much more.
While we’re there, you’ll have time to enjoy these amenities at your leisure.
Our hosts Doug Casey, David Galland and Juan Larranaga will be on hand to answer your questions and share insights about Argentina, and what their lifestyle in this valley is like.
Keep in mind that this is only one of many memorable experiences on this expedition, a trip we’ve specifically designed to help you understand what’s going on in this country.
Regardless of where your interest lies, whether you’re a tourist seeking to discover a new destination, if you’re looking for a retirement spot, or offshore investment – or both – I encourage you to join me for this unique opportunity, at this important moment in time.
Let me be your guide to the “New” Argentina.
It will be an experience that you’ll remember for the rest of your life – the culture and welcoming people, the food and wines, warm weather, incredible scenery – and perhaps it will even lead you to a new lifestyle.
